In the final Affiliate Marketing rules it is said that the eligibility info does not include aggregate or blind data that does not contain personal identifiers. Ok. So then, it DOES include aggregate or blind data that includes personal identifiers. If it has personal identifiers how can it be blind data and what exactly is aggregate data?

That you had one applicant with income of $57,312, another with income of $67,419 and another with income of $63,456 is still blind. If you provide the name, address, loan #, etc., that is data that includes personal identifiers.

If you say that you had 3 applicants with incomes ranging from $57,312 to $67,419 or that you had 3 applicants with an average income of $62,729, that is aggregate data.
