Has anyone entered into a reciprocal agreement for a disaster recovery alternate site with another bank (not a competitor) that shares the same core processor? We are planning to do this but I'm not sure what should be written into the agreement.

Does anyone have some agreement language they would be willing to share or some pointers as to what specifically should be written into the agreement? Any assistance would be appreciated.
