How gross is this? For the past ten years, some British girl has only been eating french fries. Nothing else. And she's now 15! Amazingly stupid parents come in pairs

I have been eating them on a fairly consistent basis for more than 55 years and have great cholesterol readings -- just saying

Wouldn't you think at some point she would want something healthy to go with those fries?
Something like a double whopper with cheese or one of those delicious eight peices of bacon wendy's burgers?

I don't have children, but do you think these parents just didn't have the time/effort to make their kids eat other foods? When I was a little bacon bit, my mom would have me sit at the table until I finished a portion of all my food--even if that meant I was sitting there for 4 more hours. Now, I'll eat pretty much anything, because my mom introduced me to variety.

My parents did that too. I've never forgiven them for that.
Now I eat junk food out of spite.......and because of doctor's orders.

Doesn't make sense. What did she eat at school? Cold fries from home on the days they didn't offer fries? How about at birthday parties? Never a piece of cake? Maybe she never went to a party. What about breakfast? Cold fries from the night before? Did mommy make fries at every meal for her? That would be insane. Even BAD mothers would eventually say enough is enough! She would have been 5 years old when this started. If she went to day care or kindergarten I don't think the teacher would have french fries every single day. DON"T BELIEVE IT>

trail hiker, how dare you question this. It's on the internet so that must mean it's true. Have you been playing with another poster's tin foil hat?

DON"T BELIEVE IT> My bff's step son will opt to not eat at school. When she first met him all he would eat was bowls of ketchup. He finally gave into chicken fingers. At age 16 he's added hamburgers into his diet. She only cooks good food so most of the time....he just doesn't eat.

I rummaged around for my own tin foil hat - red, too for V Day, dipped in ketcup to be sure.
Bowls of ketchup....well, there is at least vitamin C in that.
