The ABA had a poll for HMDA banks - we are new to HMDA - I do not even understand the question. Can someone explain?

"Based on crossing the Treasury rate threshold for your 2007 HMDA data submission will you be reporting pricing data?"
My views, not my employer's views.

It sounds like they're looking for any applications with a reported rate spread (not NA).

Further South than I wanna be.
Heaven forbid they should just ask - Do you have any loans that are over the rate spread limits.
Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.
