We have an insurance company that is a wholly owned subsidiary of our bank. I am having to do BSA training for the employees of the insurance company. Is the insurance company required to comply with CIP?

Did you ever find an answer to your question? I have the same one.

The companies that our agency writes through make sure that our agency is in compliance, but I'm wondering if the bank's annual BSA audit should also include some sort of review of the agency, and, if so, what should be reviewed?
