Can we waive a stop payment fee for a director? Not sure if this would be included under Reg O or any other regs.

There is no regulation (unless at the State level) that would prevent you from waiving a stop payment fee.

Our Stop Payment Fees and Cashier's Check fees (perhaps some others as well) are all waived 100% for employees. NSF fees are a different story.

Check state law - most do not allow you to treat employee or director overdrafts more favorably than those of any other customer.
