Does anyone know what type of violations were cited against Community First Bank & Trust and Centennial Bank of the West. Our exam is coming at the end of July, and we want to be prepared. We think we are in compliance.

Thanks, I saw those docs, but was wondering what type of violations the banks were cited. For instance, no flood certs, not checking/verifying flood insurance for life of loan, etc.

Typically, the CMP is issued for not having flood insurance (or an adequate amount) in place or for not completing a SFHD form.
