Does anyone have a link or a copy of a sample ACH Origination Agreement they are willing to share?

use the NACHA rulebook. They have sample sections to include. Alternatively, order the agreements from NACHA on a CD. They don't have the most recent recommendations, but these appear in the rule book. Also, If you goggle ACH agreement (or ACH origination agreement) I believe it will take you to some banks' agreements to use, as examples.
