This is a really basic topic but I just can't seem to get my hands around it. We are an affiliate of a bank holding company. The bank holding company also has a title company. The title company only does work for our bank loans. We do not do any marketing between companies. Do we have to provide the affiliate opt out notice (Red Flag '08)?

The title company is performing title services for you and the info will not be used for marketing - thus no opt out required.
