I know there is already a thread for this, but just wanting to know if there has been any updated information about this topic. We have an account where we believe that a POA is basically taking advantage of the situation and making unneeded expenditures. Anybody have any new information about this? Thanks.

Go to the other thread and read the brochure again. I would call the number and explain your concerns. Let them decide if they should act or investigate. A court can intervene for the benefit of the person being victimized and negate the PoA. Make the call anonymously if you think that is best, but make it.
