I'd like to hear from Zixcorp. users (for e-mail). Love the product? used for how long/ Any issues? Don't use but use another...maybe tumbleweed? How long a user? Any comments from examiners?

zixcorp. It's okay...definitely has it's place. A bit aggravating for the receipient, but when they get it through their heads it's for their on protection, they are generally fine with it.
We've used it for quite awhile now. Examiner's use it too..they love it and pretty much expect it.

I've been on the receiving in and really didn't find the process of retrieval to be any big deal at all.

Very easy to use from our end as it captures all emails with "secure" as the first word of the subject line.

Minor inconvenience to the recipient the first time they use it, easier for subsequent emails (I suggest you test it yourself between a work and personal email address to see what your recipient will see).

It is also a very good CYA tool as to privacy and identity theft.
