What have you named your whistleblower policy? We are trying to think of a more positive title than "Whistleblower Policy." I think whistleblower implies tattletale. Any suggestions?

We dropped the whistleblower part too, and just refer to this action as an anonymous communcation with the Audit committee of the board.

So what are you naming the actual policy?

It is not a separate policy, it is part of the Charter for the Audit and Compliance Committee. That part of the charter will be communicated through the personnel policy to all employees.

We just came up with "Policy for Reporting Unethical Banking Activity."

We have a section of the Charter called "Corporate Governance". One of the numbered subsections is titled, "Anonymous Communications Involving Fraud". We haven't had it looked at by the FDIC yet though, so it is subject to change.
