Does anyone know where I can find a record retention schedule for PA? I can't seem to find anything state specific...

It may be hard to pin point, but look at the PA Banking Code 1965. Or, the PA Bankers Association.

Just wondering . . . Did you ever find a schedule?

No. PA doesn't seem to have anything in a convenient format.

In case you are still interested. I just talked to the Pa dept of Banking. The only time the state banking code addresses record retention is in section 108. The code is extremely general as to what records it is applicable to and appears to refer to deposits only. If you want to be ultra conservative for compliance to the state code, set up retention of all records (loans and deposits) for at least 7 years after the last transaction. Otherwise its a matter of interpretation.
