Can anyone tell me where I can find the latest Check Availability Schedule for New York? Thank you in advance.

If you are in New York state, you are now located in either the Philadelphia or the Cleveland check processing region (the old Buffalo region is assigned to Cleveland, the rest to Philly).

Check out Appendix A to Regulation CC. You'll find lists of routing numbers under Philadelphia and under Cleveland. Depending on which region your branch office is in, the banks in the appropriate list are local banks for you. If your branch is in the Buffalo area, look at the Cleveland list. Otherwise, look at Philly.

Anything not on the applicable list is non-local to you.
