Question: Our funds availability disclosure does not outline situations beyond new accounts where we can put an exception hold on a deposit. I would like to invoke the exception hold for repeated overdrafts, but I am afraid I am not able to because we did not discuss it in our funds availability disclosure. It is in our bank policy, just not the disclosure... HELP!

Unfortunately I believe you must disclose it to all customers prior to invoking any exception beyond a new accounts hold.
