We have been offering estatements for several years now, but would like to increase the adoption rate. I have been asked if the customer can enroll while in the bank using a dedicated computer. Does this meet the demonstrable consent even though it may not be a computer that they would actually be using to open their statements?

I'm sorry, but that doesn't meet the test. The customer can't demonstrate that he or she can access estatements at his/her home or work computer. Remember, it's two words: demonstrable consent. You have the consent, but it demonstrates nothing.
