We do consumer real estate loans on a 3 year balloon. When it reaches maturity, and we are drawing up new loan documents to extend the maturity date,change interest rate and payment amounts, do we need a HUD( to show taxes, insurance and any fees collected) and payment rider to go along with the note, modification of mortgage and truth in lending disclosure?
