I'll be the Master of all Tools by saying this: I don't think any recent president truly believed our great country could ever have been attacked in the manner it was (*), and therefore I do know hold any recent president responsible for the actions of 9/11. Instead, I hold wholy accountable those who carried out the attack.

Now, moving forward, we must all realize these is a possibility that we aren't invincible and we have to be aware of this reality.

(* Yes, I remember Pearl Harbor [not personally] but I think that's somewhat different because there was a major war going on. But, back to my first post, it may take US nukes to end this one)
