A teacher asked her 6th grade class how many of them were Obama fans.

Not really knowing what an Obama fan is, but wanting to be liked by the teacher, all the kids raised their hands except for Little Johnny Cheney.

The teacher asked Little Johnny why he has decided to
be different...again.

Little Johnny said, 'Because I'm not an Obama fan.'

The teacher asked, 'Why aren't you an Obama fan?'

Johnny said, 'Because I'm a Republican.'

The teacher asked him why he's a Republican.

Little Johnny answered, 'Well, my Mom's a Republican and my Dad's a Republican, so I'm a Republican.'

Annoyed by this answer, the teacher asked, "If your mom was a moron and your dad was an idiot, what would that make you?'

With a big smile, Little Johnny replied, *'That would make me an Obama fan.'

I'm going to post this once and then Never open this thread or anyone other political thread again. I am so tired of these insults to my opinion, these constant negative and, IMO unnecessary nasty comments and statements about one political figure. I realize that I am working in a conservative industry but not all of us are conservative and my thoughts and opinions are as important as anyone's. I don't discuss politics, I feel no need to convince you or anyone that my political position (or for that matter life views) is the correct opinion or the only one. But lately, imo, way too many threads are so one sided and so insulting and I find myself liking the cooler less and less each and every day. I realize that most of you don't really care what I think, what I believe and I am sure that once I hit the submit button I will then be fair game for lots and lots of abuse - - - so be it, at least I have said my piece. You all have fun now!!

Yeah, a vast majority of "news"papers, radio and TV "news" sources supporting the Democratic party versus a few conservative threads in the BOL watercooler: that evens things out. :rolls eyes:

Actually this joke has been around for many years and I have heard it told by Democrats about Republicans as well as by Republicans about Democrats. It's just one of those "fill-in-the-blank" specials that you can use to insult whoever you want.

I don't know if your impressive literary skills realized that thsi passage was a joke. The intentions of this are to be humerous and of coarse they are one sided. But I guess you just confirmed how awesome you are and how you will always tread the party line. I guarentee, that you think your a knife fighter.
