Our bank is needing a confidentiality agreement/privacy agreement between the bank and cleaning staff. The cleaning staff is an individual. Does anyone have an agreement to share? I have reviewed other agreements from our data processors; shredding company; courier, etc and think they are too complicated. Thanks for your assistance.
