The bank is considering using an online based training. I need something that will allow me to keep track of the results of training and testing of employees. Any recommendations?

If you are a member of ABA, their computer based compliance training is free, and there are about 80 courses to choose from.

There are several good CBT programs available and you will find about as many different opinions on each one of them as there are programs available.

FWIW we have been using BVS ( http://www.bvsinc.com/ ) for several years. It has reports showing what courses were taken, when they were taken, how many times they were taken, the scores that you can pull by employee, group, region, branch, etc. All depends how you set up the program.

Bankers Training & Consulting also has a good online training program, and it's very reasonable in price.
