Has anyone heard anything new related to the OCC's answers to questions related to their Privacy Seminar on Febrauary 13th & 14th? Their website still says that they will post general questions and answers by March 15th. How much longer can we wait for answers, we need to get these notices drafted, ordered and sent out!

I emailed the OCC today. I'll let you know if I hear back from them.

I received the Q & A from the 2/14 session via e-mail late Friday afternoon.

I'm hoping for a Q & A from them yet for questions that were asked after the seminar. I submitted a question after the seminar via e-mail but that was not answered in the information I received. Some of the questions asked via the phone conference are confusing - they way asked and answered. I hope we get more guidance.

I also e-mailed a question a couple of days after the seminar. I haven't recieved anything. Not even the Q & A you have recieved. I have also checked the website and there is nothing posted. Have you found the Q & A e-mailed to you anywhere else?

I was on that call and phoned in a question which was answered live.

They have my e-mail. But I haven't seen anything other than that post on their homepage that says it'll be there 03-15. (That wooshing sound was yet another deadline passing by.)

This document is just a verbatim transcript of the Q&A portions of the seminars. I was expecting something a little more formal, perhaps like the CRA Q&A's.

I'm very appreciative of the OCC's efforts and I do think the Q&A are helpful, but I, too, am disappointed that they didn't go beyond the transcript of the session.

I had hoped they would take some of the real burning questions and give us new answers to them. There are still so many tough issues out there.

Even so, I kept finding myself spacing out during the telephone seminar (I don't think I have much of an auditory attention span), so this at least gives me some of the information I didn't fully absorb while listening to the seminar itself.

The OCC web site this morning says they have over 100 questions received before and after the seminar that they are still working on. They didn't give an anticipated completion date for those Q & A.
