My brothers and sister's biological father was convicted of 13 counts of rape, 1 case of pander obscenity, and 3 counts of gross sexual inposition. All against his children (10,7,& 4)
He went in in 1987 and has been up for parole 3 times. His maximum penalty is 75 years total. This is the kind of person who should be locked up forever, not able to ever hurt anyone again... (except maybe himself)


Please write a letter to the parole board to keep him in prison where he can not hurt the kids, or my family (he has threatened to come after us and our children)

Good morning,
I just received a notification letter about Chuck's hearing. Results have been postponed again...the first time the meeting was rescheduled.

But this time it has been passed on to the next step up for further
review. The letter offers no reason why. I am aware that the parole
board must be at a majority vote to have a decision reached. I also know that they may just be deliberating something as simple as how long to keep him before his next hearing. But more than likely they just can't agree.
THIS IS A PRAYER REQUEST!!!! Please diligently pray to keep him where he belongs. I have no answer to when the new meeting is. But if he is released, then I/we have 60 days to refute it. What amazing timing with

the baby due here in a matter of weeks...I never thought I'd want them to prolong the decision!!

If I read that right, he has to wait another 9 years to be considered for parole again. Sounds like a good outcome!

AG - I agree with you. 75 years isn't long enough - lock him up and throw away the key. He will think prison was a picnic when he meets his maker.

so his next parole hearing is 2017?

I'm confused.. it says that the next Parole Board Hearing/Review Month: Dec 2017 BUT under it for the last hearing (which I assume was the one you were/are referring to shows: CONTINUED/ does that mean that the Parole Board is still making their decision????

I'm curious if this man has made any change or showed remorse in the time that he's been there. Not saying he deserves to be out by any means...just wondering...

I am not sure on that either pickles, but up until the beginning of this month the next parole hearing date also said continued, so until we hear different we are taking this as good news...

Riz- To my knoweldge he has never shown remorse.. He has said in the past that if he gets out he will come to get HIS property (the kids) and make the people who took them from him pay. I think that a man who sexually abuses his children deserves to suffer in prison for as long as the children who he hurt are still suffering (which is basically their entire life).
