I would like to do a direct mail to non-customers and I am looking for a good list resource. My current mailhouse can not order a list based on credit score, which is one of my requirements. Does anyone have a good resource they could refer to me? Thanks.

Since you are talking about a pre-screened list, all the major credit bureaus provide this service. Make sure you brush up on your FCRA and Reg B compliance and retention requirements for the use of pre-screened lists.
