Does anyone have a FACTA policy that includes red flags and risk assessment that they are willing to share. I know there is sample FACTA policy on BOL but it does not include the red flag portion or the risk assessment. Thanks JH

The red flags that you have adopted as a result of your risk assessment would be described in your ID Theft Program, not the policy.
