I am not sure where exactly to put this... but we are needing to add a policy about employees not being allowed to perform any maintenance on their own accounts. Does anyone have a samply policy I could look at or know where to find one?

Thanks!!

It's part of our corporate ethics policy. An employee cannot do any transactions/maintenance for themselves or any family member.

US Bank's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is on-line:

http://www.usbank.com/cgi_w/cfm/about/ethics/pdf/Ethics_Handbook.pdf

For an example, look at page 28, Prohibited Account Transactions.

In addition to a policy statement, I suggest exploring what controls your core system offers to outright prevent such transactions.

Thank you for the information. Our core system does have some controls in place, we just want it in writing so that we have something to fall back on in the event of something bad happening.
