I've been asked to check and see if there is anything special we need to know from a legal and compliance standpoint about lising bank-owned property (specifically automobiles and manufactured homes w/out land) for sale on Craig's List.

I didn't think so, since it's just a classified ad anyway, but thought I would verify.
