Can anyone provide an IC reference for answering county and state subpoenas? Specifically, I am looking for the requirements the state and county courts must complete (something similar to a certificate of compliance) prior to receiving the requested information. My institution receives a large quantity of these requests. While reviewing a sample of these items, I have found that in some instances the subpoenas are incomplete, specifically the portion stating that a copy has been served to the customer. I wonder if it is necessary for this portion to be completed in order for the bank to comply?
