I am in need of some audit programs. Does anyone know where I can find audit programs for the following areas: human resource function, conflicts of interest, vendor management, the risk management function, regulatory Y9C and Call Reports, benefits, and the budget process.
I appreciate any help you can give!

I could use one for risk management as well. What kind of benefits audit? 401k or pension?

I use the examiner's handbooks whenever possible - they like that. I have also found some very useful audits on the auditnet.org website. Just some thoughts.

You might want to consider buying a manual if you are needing that many programs.

Aside - the budget process? Really?

Yes, really the budget process. I'm not sure where all this is coming from but we're looking into it.

I was thinking the same thing. The budget process, sounds somewhat interesting. Good luck with that.

No, not for benefits. Curious why you might be looking for a general risk management audit, though. Most of the audits I do cover risk management by area, although we do perform an overall risk assessment to determine the audit schedule.

The occ does have a program for benefits - not sure about other examiners.

So you might check with your specific examiners to see if they might have one. If you are an OCC bank the audit prgrams are on the efiles cds for July 2007 - I haven't had the chance to check on some of the more recent efiles cds.

Knowledger Leader also has some audit programs. You can always resource to companies like Sheshnoff. They have canned audit programs, but you pay for them.
