We are currently in the process of opening a De Novo bank and wanted to know if drug testing is required for bank employees. I know it is standard practice for most companies these days but I wasn't sure if it was an actual requirement. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Fed Reserve State Charter Illinois Bank - we opened it three years ago and there was no requirement. However, we have started drug screening all new applicants by policy.
