Our Flood Determination company lists the borrower's name under the address in Section I, #2-Collateral section on the form.

Since I don't really see any directions for doing this in the instructions for the form, are there any requirements to list all borrower's names in the case of a joint loan or is it okay to just list the primary borrower's name?

Directions are located in the Purchase Guidelines. No problem with putting the borrower's name as it is not required anyway.

There is no requirement to list any name in that section, therefore you can list none or as many as you like.
