Of that list, RCK is not subject to Regulation E. Add BOC to your list.

In fact, all ACH dollar entries posted to a consumer deposit account (even if they are so-called corporate application entries) are subject to Regulation E except RCK, XCK, TRC and TRX (all of which are replacements for transactions that actually entered the payment system in paper form).
