I need help quick! What CAN we charge as far as reimbursement fees? RFPA states that "the Federal Reserve System shall, by regulation, establish the rates and conditions under which such payemnt may be made"

But, what ARE those charges?? Any help anyone? Desperate.

The reimbursements are detailed in Regulation S. Take a look at §219.3.

But the regulation only applies to federal government subpeonas, etc. State law or regulation may cover local stuff. Be forewarned, the federal rule is "chump change."
