I've looked and looked but all those definitions are driving me crazy. We are a bank holding company. HC makes loans to affiliates. Are HC loans subject to Reg O and if not, does HC have to follow some other guidelines? Thanks.

Federal Reserve Sections 23A and 23B come to my mind immediately when you mention affiliate financing. Reg. O will address individuals more than entities.
