I have conducted an ARM loan compliance review. I found a couple of loans that the customer did not receive the Early ARM Disclosure. Are we supposed to send it to them now or just write it up and make sure that it doesn't happen again?

There would be no value in sending them an early disclosure at this point. Once you miss the timing requirements on this disclosure there is no cure. Document that you found the error, make sure you don't have gaps in your procedures, increase your training efforts, and move on.
