Time is running out with the holiday recess approaching, so what happens in January if this bill doesn't pass before January 1 ? You wouldn't think states would rush legislation to restrict privacy, sharing and a host of other consumer protection laws. Does anyone know what happens next ?

We are hoping the FCRA will be ironed out within the next week. It is a common goal on both sides of the isle.
