Sheshunoff's One-to Four-Family Loan Documentation charts are very good for this if you have access to them.

The industry standard is the matrix published by the GLIA Group, a shameless plug I know, but they deserve it. Oh, by the way, the Glia Group, for the most part are the same people as the fine folks at BOL. All rights are reserved so you will need to buy it.

Do you need a "matrix"? I provided David D's HMDA flowchart to all our staff which is pretty clear in the yes/no process.

HMDA Flowchart

The flowchart and more tools are on the HMDA Heaven page.

I appreciate your American flag icon.

You might find an evaluation copy of HMDA RELIEF helpful. You can download at http://www.questsoft.com/hr-features.html - click DOWNLOAD in the top right corner.

It won't do the final submission, but it will help you spot coding errors in your data.
