What regulations are covered under "Government Security Act" and "Bank Protection Act". I was recently asked by one of our auditors, who was performing compliance review under these acts.

Each functional bank regulatory agency has its own regulation implementing the Bank Protection Act's requirements. For example, the Fed's are now included in Regulation H.

I'm not familiar with anything called the Government Security Act.
