We will be mailing a letter for a special CD rate to customers who would be willing to transfer their account to us from another institution. In the letter we mention it is for a limited time, but at the bottom we state the offer is valid through September 30th. Can we do that? There is something in my brain that is saying we can't state it is for a limited time and include the ending date. HELP!

So Cal
You are OK stating both. You would probably not want to state "limited time" by itself, but you could state the end date by itself.

I just put out a product offer with a "limited time" offer and no end date. What are the compliance issues with this?

Thanks

Not if you don't know the end date.
