Hello. We are completely revising our site. No applications but we are adding features info that I think may require additional disclosures. If you are willing, I would like to have sites that were recently reviewed by your federal examiners and that received their blessing. Please PM me. thank you.

I sent you a PM.

Also, did you see these checklists from BOL tools?

I'm sure you don't want to spend any $, but you might get a quote from Kinney Williams ( www.yennik.com ).

Regulators don't "bless" web sites--they simply fail to criticize them. By no means should you infer that a site is in compliance just because it was not criticized. The agencies have never issued comprehensive exam guidelines for web sites so it's up to each examiner to decide how much of what to review. Some do a great job and others don't even click into the home page.

The FRB came out with an electronic banking checklist in 2003. Here is a link to the consumer affairs letter. http://www.federalreserve.gov/boarddocs/caletters/2003/0310/caltr0310.htm

Here's a link to the 15 page checklist. http://www.federalreserve.gov/boarddocs/caletters/2003/0310/CA03-10Attach.pdf

You should review it to see what may need to be changed based on any regulatory changes that have occurred since 2003.
