Does your bank have a Complaint Policy and Procedures are do you just address these in loan policies, EFT policies, etc.....

We have one policy that addresses everything....at least I think it does.......I'm just curious if anyone else is doing it this way......

If you are a State member bank, you should have a procedure to document complaints under Regulation AA. You also should have documentation standards for complaints under RESPA 3500.21(e). Other than that, what you do is pretty much up to the bank.
