I am in the midst of a project for changing cut-off time for our branch offices and ATMS. I know we can have a general statement about the cut-off and branch closing. What I am wondering why banks are posting a cut-off for the ATM. Is this a required statement, as it seems to be prevalent when the REG E overdraft went into affect?

Please guide me on what is needed. Thanks.
