I'm a Fed bank, and it's my understanding that we are no longer required to post the annual financial disclosure statement and haven't had to for some time.

Can anyone point me in the right direction in the regulation that states that is no longer required?

It's a requirement of Part 350 for FDIC regulated banks and 12 CFR 18 for OCC regulated banks. There is no corresponding FRB regulation, so I can't point you to a regulation that states it's not longer required.

If it used to be a FRB requirement, it was rescinded years ago (like early 90's). I've been consulting since 1993 and can't recall if the FRB ever required this.
