Our Bank is moving forward with offering a Pre Approval program to our mortgage customers. If there are any banks out here that have a Pre Approval program in place, could you share your process with us?

The answer may vary whether or not you are a HMDA reporter, so I have to ask: Are you a HMDA reporter and do you plan to have a pre-approval program that complies with the HMDA definition of a pre-approval program?

Yes we are HMDA reportable and Yes, plan to have a pre-approval program that complies with the HMDA definition.
