Does anyone have an Excel-based formula for calculating payment streams & APRs on adjustable rate mortgages they'd be willing to share?

I believe the OCC program you are referring to is to verify information more than calculate it.

You may want to check out APRSystems if the OCC software is not what you wanted. I don't know that APR Systems has what you want, but if it isn't there, ask.
