Which systems are you testing for Compliance under Reg P and what methods are being used to perform the tests?

As far as testing our systems...., we have had individuals call trying to obtain customer information from the various areas within the bank. They are to monitor the responses of the employee. Additionally, we have had someone sitting in the bookkeeping area, observing the response the employee makes to walk up customers.
