Is anyone else having problems logging in? I have not been able to get in for 2 days, Michelle Petry says there is no problem but my IT guys say it must be a site problem.

Just like IT guys - it's either someone else's problem or their answer is "reboot".

Tell your guys to check again. I haven't had any problems at all.

I agree with Shawn, it sounds like the problem may be on your end, as I have had no trouble logging in either.

No problems here either. Ditto on Kara's comment. Heck, I reboot before I even call them now.

I haven't had any problems from home, work or my laptop. That is 3 computers, 2 ISPs.

Good luck, and Merry Christmas to all, and to all good postings.

I haven't had a problem logging in lately, HOWEVER, I did have a problem for a period of time after our IT department made changes to the firewall. You may want to ask if the security settings or something has changed. Just an idea.

Hi, I'm back. Seems the problem was too many temporary Internet files. Who woulda thunk.

Thanks again for all your responses!

No problems logging in, but BOL won't refresh pages today, unless I go to the main index. Anybody else having that problem?

(yes, I know, I'm about to reboot).
