Question: We have a nursing home that wants to open one account to put all his patient's money in and they would administer the account. It would be styled XYZ Nursing Home, Patient Account, but with the Nursing Home's tax ID#, but they don't want to have to pay taxes on the interest bearing account. How can we do this or can we? It is like a custodial account, but they want just one account not one for each patient?

Comperes Nursing Home, Patient Accounts.
