We received a request from another financial institution to complete an Anti-Money Laundering Affidavit. It appears that they are asking for this as part of their Know Your Customer. Has anyone else seen something like this? Any concerns about completing it?

From what I understand... if that institution relies on you to perform any portion of CIP, they should require you to certify annually that you have implemented a AML program and that you will perform the specified requirements delegated.
