Do all employees require training? I am trying to figure out what part of BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC training would be needed for our Human Resourse department and our part time IT help (he only helps out resolving computer problems/ upgrading adobe reader, things like that).

I believe all employees require BSA related training. Our examiners even wanted us to provide this training to our couriers that bring interoffice mail between the branches. I gave them an overview of BSA - what it is, what the purposes are, and risks of non-compliance, but didn't go into a lot of detail like I would for other departments that have customer contact or contact with transactions.
